10th September 2010 SAMMs Visit to Mark Mason Hall, London.
It was a unique occasion, three Mark Lodges coming together to celebrate jointly their 125th anniversary.
The meeting was held under the warrant of the Emblematic Lodge of MMM No 350, which was consecrated on 16th February 1885. The other two Lodges are the Royal Savoy Lodge of MMM No. 355 consecrated 11th July 1885 February 1885 and the Chiswick Lodge of MMM No. 357, consecrated 1st June 1885.
The meeting was opened and closed by the Worshipful Master of Emblematic W.Bro O'Reilly. The Provincial Grand Master for Middlesex, Right Worshipful Brother Peter Halls-Dickerson presided over the business of the evening. David Sparks, the DPGM of Middlesex and Keith Waters APGM were also in attendance as was R.W.Bro John Oakley- Smith the Deputy PGM of Hertfordshire.
The demonstration by the team was well received and enjoyed by the fifty or so members of the three Lodges present. As has become practice the team remained in their costumes when they dined with there hosts.
