Cerdic Mark deliver the Keystone to Fidelity & Unanimity Mark 348
Tuesday 20th May saw a delegation from Cerdic MMM Lodge 571 descend upon Fidelity and Unanimity 348 in Taunton, bringing with them The Somerset Mark Travelling Keystone.
Ably lead by their Worshipful Master, WBro Steve Warwick with 7 members present they made a welcomed boost to the numbers that attended. WBro Steve passed the Keystone to WBro Simon Johnson requesting him to deliver it to The Portcullis Lodge MMM 1656 on September 16th so that it may continue it’s progress around the Province.
Unfortunately, F & U did not have a candidate for the evenings meeting, so WBro Nigel Handbury presented ” The Mark Lecture” in fine form. It’s the first time since pre-covid, so some 5 years, since Nigel has recited this piece of ritual. A round of acclimation was given on his completion.
On completion of the meeting all retired to the dining room for one of Karen’s excellent meals.
A short but enjoyable evening was had by all and old friendships were renewed, as the Brethren head off for the summer break, ready to start again in September.
