Why have 1 Installing Master at Hallam Mark when you could have 3!

The Installation meeting of Hallam Lodge was thrown into chaos when the Installing Master W Bro Tim Reynolds was left stranded in Egypt on the day of the meeting.

Some frantic phone-calls later and with the help of RW Bro John Morgan who presided the Lodge witnessed a super Installation meeting conducted by W.Bro’s Tim Gosling , Ian Strickland and Geoff Seaman, much to the delight of our incoming Master W.Bro Glynn Derrick.

Bro Peter Cast had reported to the Secretary earlier that his grandson Toby had completed the London Marathon in 4hrs 3 mins and had expressed his thanks at the donation from the joint Hallam / Thackeray Lunch in aid of St Johns Ambulance.

W Bro Glynn then installed his officers and conducted the business of the lodge.

A warm and friendly atmosphere at the festive board topped off a special Hallam evening.
