Installation Meeting at Yatton Royal Ark Mariners
The 13th Installation Ceremony of the Yatton Royal Ark Mariners took place on Thursday 30th October 2025, at the Masonic Hall on High Street, Yatton. Twenty-six brethren were in attendance to witness Worshipful Brother Rowley Ansell being proclaimed in the chair for a second year by the current Provincial Senior Grand Warden, Worshipful Brother Ian MacDonald, following the passing of Brother David Bussell.
During the ceremony, the Commander invested his officers, including Mark Golding as Senior Warden and Mike Willis as Junior Warden. Right Worshipful Brother John Morgan, the Past Provincial Grand Master, was present and was supported by Graham Bodman, the Provincial Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies.
As part of the evening’s proceedings, Brothers Harold Blackwell and Mike Norton were each presented with their Grand Lodge Certificates by Right Worshipful Brother John in an exemplary fashion. The lodge meeting concluded with all attendees enjoying a splendid festive board.
