Celebrating Blood Bikes Awareness Day – Friday 14th August 2026

The Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons will be celebrating Blood Bikes Awareness Day this Friday (14th) across all of the social media platforms and would like you to join us in continuing the awareness of our Blood Bikes family relationship with the Mark Benevolent Fund.

You can see by the spreadsheet below that there are some very impressive figures since we began our journey in 2016 when we made our first grant to Northumbria Blood Bikes for £18,000. The rest is history. Also as part of the fundraising efforts for the blood bikes, you will recall the MBF Charity Walk in London in May 2017 which raised £437,934.

In Somerset, you can see on the list that Blood Bikes have been provided for the Weston EVS covering the Provinces of Somerset, Wiltshire & Bristol, 1 in 2018 and a further 2 in 2024, and also to the Yeovil Freewheelers EVS covering The Provinces of Somerset & Dorset, 1 in 2018 and a second in 2024.
