Royal Sussex and Royal Cumberland Mark Lodges: The Green Shoots of Success

Royal Sussex and Royal Cumberland Mark Lodges in Bath have adopted a closer working relationship in recent years, supporting one another in their efforts to regenerate and secure a prosperous future for both lodges.

The green shoots of success are now beginning to appear, with WBro Richard Ferris recently installed as Worshipful Master of Royal Cumberland Lodge, whilst also serving as the incumbent Worshipful Master of Royal Sussex Lodge.

This shared leadership reflects the spirit of cooperation between the two lodges, whose members have been working together to strengthen attendance, encourage participation and introduce new members to the Mark Degree.

There are further reasons for optimism, with Royal Cumberland Lodge is looking forward to advancing two candidates during the coming Masonic year.

Whilst there is still work to be done, the growing enthusiasm and renewed sense of purpose within both lodges demonstrate what can be achieved through friendship, cooperation and a shared determination to succeed.
