Eldon Mark Lodge No 807 welcomes the Adventor Club

After a very short business meeting, in which the Worshipful Master welcomed the many members from the Adventor club who were attending on their official visit.

The main event of the evening was a presentation to Craft masons about the Mark degree, and after a very short Mark meeting, the Worshipful Master closed the lodge.

The Provincial Grand Master was in attendance but thought it more sociable to miss the meeting and spend time with the craft masons in the bar.

He then escorted them into the lodge, which was still set up as a mark meeting.

The 7 Craft Brethren were greeted by the Worshipful Master, W Bro Ian MacDonald, who gave them a brief explanation about the reasons why the Lodge had invited them to their meeting.

There followed some very interesting Presentations from the Worshipful Master and V W Bro Mark Golding. The final part of the presentation was left to the Provincial Grand Master, who gave many good and sound reasons why Craft Masons should join the Mark Degree.

There followed a fantastic festive board with close to 40 dining options, and from the buzz in the room, it was quite obvious that everyone had enjoyed a great evening.
