Installed Commanders Lodge host the Provincial Grand RAM Assembly
At the recent Somerset Installed Commanders’ Meeting, the Provincial Royal Ark Mariner (RAM) Assembly was opened. The meeting was well represented by all of the lodges from across the province.
Eight brethren were conferred with Royal Ark Mariner Provincial Grand Rank, in recognition of their dedication, service, and active participation within their lodges.

They were warmly congratulated by fellow members, marking a notable milestone in their Masonic journeys and celebrating their commitment to the principles of the Order.
Several lodges were also honoured with the Patron and Grand Patron Awards for their outstanding contributions to the Somerset 2028 MBF Festival. These awards acknowledge not only the generosity of members but also the enthusiasm and effort invested in supporting this important charitable initiative.
The travelling Ark was formally received from the members of the Portal RAM, symbolising the strong bonds of fellowship between lodges and the continuing traditions that unite members across the province. Its arrival underscored the importance of active engagement and shared purpose within the Order.
