The Adventor  Club visits Thackeray RAM 730 at Clevedon

The Chairman Graham Jeffery and the PGM Phil Voisey with the Adventor Club and Lodge Members

The end of March saw the members of Thackeray Royal Ark Mariners welcome the members of the Adventor Club, led by Chairman Graham Jeffery.

The main business of the meeting was a presentation of the RAM tracing Board which was well received and then flowed by a presentation by the Chairman of the Adventor Club Graham Jeffery to the PGM Phil Voisey, of a tie pin and Certificate, to compliment the cufflinks presented on a previous occasion for the completion of phase 1 and phase 2 of the Rich Conneely challenge to visit all Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges in Somerset.

The PGM spoke about the success of the Adventor Club challenge and  how important it was to visit and support other Lodges with the Adventor Club or individually, he commented on what a pleasure and privilege it was at every visit and how welcoming every lodge was.

To top off the evening, the PGM then Presented the Club Chairman with a set of Cufflinks and matching tie pin together with a certificate for completing phase 1 and phase 2 of visits to every Mark and Royal Ark Mariner lodge in the Province. Graham thanked him and commented that the matching set would become much sought after and thanked all members for their support.
