Somerset Mark 2028 Festival Casino Night Event
This year’s main event was a Casino Night, held on 22nd March 2025 at The Crossways Hotel, North Wootton, Near Wells.
This was attended by a goodly number of Masons, Family and Friends. The evening started with a few tipples at the bar, and was followed by a magnificent Platinum Buffet, which was enjoyed by all after which the Casino got into full swing. The players purchased vouchers which were used for buying the chips at the tables (i.e. £20.00 = £200K in Fun Money chips!).
The four tables were soon very busy , with two and three deep waiting to play with the players splashing their money like millionaires! Great fun had by all !!
The four players at the end of the evening with the most winnings won the prizes. Top prize went to Keith Baker with the other three being won by the ladies. Prizes were for 4th, Holiday Voucher, 3rd Large truckle Cheese, 2nd Executive Board Game an 1st, a Large LED TV.
The proceeds of the evening raised £900.00 for the Festival fund, a super result and thanks to all who wer able to support the event.
