The SAMMS Team visits Uffculme
The SAMMS team crossed the border into deepest Devon on Wednesday to perform their ancient ceremony at the Uffculme Lodge of Mark Master Masons.
Many thanks must go to the members of the host Lodge for the hospitality shown and in particular to W Bro Chris Court for making sure proceedings went smoothly, also not forgetting W Bro Peter Roworth, our DC, who kept us all in order. The lodge had a full house of some 60 members in attendance and the festive board was enjoyed by all.
The proceeds of the raffle were donated to the SAMMS team to be distributed to their charities in due course.
The SAMMS team will be performing their next ceremony in Somerset at the Else Mark Lodge meeting at Weston super-Mare on the 16th May. They hope to see you there!
